Downloadable Items
When you order an item that is downloadable, your credit card will be run and, if approved, an email will be sent to you with a link to the product you ordered, so you don't have to wait.
Please be sure and include your correct email or you will not receive the download link.
To order by mail
Process the order until you come to the preview invoice screen (after selecting shipping method). You can see the amount there. Print that page and send it with your check or money order. You may make the check out to "Galaxie Software". Please mail to Galaxie Software ATTN: Online Orders, 11601 Plano Road #108, Dallas, TX 75243.
Special Needs?
Our store is totally automated, so you can't put special instructions anywhere to accompany an order. If you have special requirements or questions, do not place the order. Email us at the address below before you order.
Cookies
Our store is uses cookies to track your order through the process. If the store keeps asking you for a username and password after you've started your order, you need to make sure that cookies are on. In Internet Explorer, Tools.Internet Options.Security/Privacy. If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0 (standard on Windows XP), you need to add our site to the list of allowable internet addresses. Medium Security settings still rejects cookies. That way we can track you order as you proceed to check out.
